Temporary paralegal – Magic Circle

A great opportunity has arisen for a team of paralegals to join a Magic Circle law firm on a corporate project.

Interested applicants must have been awarded a 2.1 or higher at undergraduate level and have completed the LPC. The ideal paralegals will have corporate/transactional experience from another large law firm and/or corporate LPC electives (debt finance, equity finance, corporate finance, M&A or banking and debt finance). Applications are also welcomed from overseas qualified lawyers with transactional experience.

This transactional paralegal role will entail due diligence and other support work for a large scale corporate transaction. It offers a great opportunity to develop and build on corporate experience in a Magic Circle law firm.

This is a temporary assignment which is due to run for an initial four week period with scope for extension beyond that. The pay rate is £15 per hour plus overtime.
