US Qualified Corporate Associate

I am working smaller US outfit with a very strong global corporate practice, they have a broad practice but in recent years much of the work has been either European and Asian companies acquiring US businesses, or working with US investors, primarily investing in Asia.    They have a multi sector focus but are particularly strong in financial services, telecoms, power, and tech.   

Their priority is to find a capable US qualified lawyer that is primarily an M&A specialist, although there will be some wider PE, JV’s, capital markets work on offer, and so the role is genuinely broad but can also play to peoples strengths and preferences to an extent.    This is an exciting opportunity, perhaps for someone that is currently at a larger firm, that wants to contribute to the further development of an office, and give themselves a clear path towards partnership and the chance to work very closely with some very highly regarded and well connected partners.
