Commercial Solicitor
A smart, business minded Commercial Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an ambitious, Sheffield based Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from high flying Commercial Solicitors with at least 2 yrs experiencing managing broad commercial matters on behalf individual entrepreneurs, SME's, OMB's and larger business. Salary is upwards of £40,000 with lots of scope for progression for the right person.
An award winning, Legal 500 ranked regional law firm my client is continuing to make key hires as it looks to gain market share across its services for business and the individual.
The successful Commercial Solicitor will join a specialist firm managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of matters for a small, medium and large business client base. On a day to day basis Solicitors will be involved with the drafting of shareholder agreements, act on company formations, commercial contracts and advise on IT and IP matters. Expect stimulating work generated by broad client base of ambitious and really interesting clients with business interests at home and abroad. This is a standalone role but has alot of progression opportunities to grow a team
