Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Birkenhead
My client boasts an established and renowned Residential Property department, which due to weight of new instructions is now looking to extend the team with the addition of a recently qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
Working in a vibrant and fast paced environment, for a busy and well respected firm, the role will see you autonomously handling your own caseload of Sale and Purchase matters, including but not limited to, Freehold, Leasehold and New Builds. The successful candidate will have a minimum of twelve months experience (accrued either during training or post qualification) and be comfortable in running a transaction, from instruction to completion.
The firm has plans to expand exponentially throughout the year and offers genuine progression for ambitious and capable Solicitors. Salary will be commensurate with expertise and experience, with a guideline of up to £30,000 per annum.
