Private Funds Lawyer | Leading US Law Firm | Growing Team
I am currently looking for a Qualified Lawyer with strong Private Funds experience to join a global leading Private Funds team in London with plans to expand the team.
You would be joining a renowned US law firm working with a list of high calibre clients that is still growing. They are an immensely attractive firm that are never short of high quality work. Due to the small size of the team they can also offer genuine career prospects.
You would be advising private fund sponsors in relation to the structuring and establishments of private funds investing across all major alternative investment strategies. You would also be advising across a range of other fund matters including real estate and related fundraisings, funds of funds, venture funds, debt funds, mezzanine funds, special situations funds and more.
As the ideal candidate for this Private Funds position, you must:
- Have strong academics (2:1 minimum in LLB or equivalent)
- 2-5 years PQE, qualified in any jurisdiction
- Have Private Funds experience in a highly regarded law firm
