German-speaking Company Commercial Solicitor required for London Legal 500 firm

Our client is a well-established and ambitious Legal 500 practice based in London. Awarded with Lexcel accreditation for their excellent levels of service, the growing firm have a team of experienced lawyers who strive to deliver all their clients’ needs. They are now looking for a motivated Company Commercial Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their London team. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is suitable for a German-speaking qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ experience. The role will cover a broad base of company commercial work, including asset and company sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, restructuring, shareholder agreements and share buy backs. The department acts for clients based oversea, therefore previous experience with international matters would be advantageous as well as the ability to speak German. There will be a good remunerations package for the successful solicitor.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You must be fluent in German.
You will have 2-4 years’ PQE.
You must have solid experience in company commercial matters.
You will have excellent attention to detail.
You will have excellent client care skills.
