Family Solicitor (6+ Yrs. PQE)

My client, a Legal 500, full-service law firm are looking to expand their Family Law team by adding an experienced (6+ Yrs. PQE) Family Solicitor to their Camberley branch. This forward-thinking, progressive legal firm are growing rapidly due to their year on year success, and are now keen to add another enthusiastic, experienced Family Solicitor.

This is an exciting new role for someone who is looking for their next, long-term move. The successful candidate will have built up a good knowledge of private family law and business development throughout their career and will be looking for an opportunity to really drive the development of the family department forward. They will need to demonstrate that they have an excellent reputation within the area and will ideally have a following to bring with them.

Being a team player is essential and you'll possess stellar communication/ rapport building skills and be keen on the Business Development aspect of the role; being prepared to win new business. This is a varied and interesting role with an emphasis on mid to high net worth financial cases with some private children matters.

For the successful Family Solicitor, the role will entail:
* Divorce, Ancillary relief and Co-habitation cases, as well as private children work
* Drafting all necessary documentation required to progress the client's case
* Ensuring that paper and electronic files are up to date and accurate.
* Ensuring that all client files, trial bundles and other documents are well organised and displayed, and comply with all internal and external procedures and requirements.
* Complying with all statutory requirements, where necessary.
