Senior In-House Counsel

A new opportunity has arisen within a technology investment and advisory company for a Senior In-house Counsel to manage a range of Corporate and Commercial Legal matters.

This role will act as the sole counsel for the business and will require the individual to additionally provide legal advice to several of the businesses investment companies, all of which operate within the technology industry. This is a busy role which will require the individual to manage a range of Commercial matters and therefore candidates will need to have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and see tasks through to completion.
