This Office Services Assistant vacancy represents a fantastic opportunity for an office admin professional in London.
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Services Assistant to join a top US and international law firm, here in London, based within close proximity to Liverpool Street Station and Bank. The firm is offering a competitive salary (circa £25k) and the position is a full-time, permanent position – due to commence ASAP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of office services to ensure the smooth running of the General Office and reprographics service. Main responsibilities will be inclusive of: delivering/collecting documentation throughout the day, coordinating all reprographics requests, working alongside the operations team and assisting with conference room set up, as well as demonstrating a willingness to support other departments as and when required.
In order to be successful, strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to pay high attention to detail and work well within a team are all essential. A minimum of six months experience in a law firm/professional services environment is also required.
