*We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner to join the Grimsby team. You will be an existing Partner or a Senior Solicitor looking for Partnership. Great prospects are available for this role, with the next step up in your career being readily attainable.
*The commercial property team works for a strong national and regional client base including many PLC clients, house builders, investors, commercial developers, banks and registered providers.
*You will be expected to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions on behalf these clients and in particular be responsible for nurturing and developing the existing relationships with key house builder and developer clients.
*You will need to demonstrate pragmatism, business acumen and strong client care skills.
