A well established and reputable Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor to join the highly regarded team in the central Manchester office. The firm has a strong National presence and is one of the leading multi service practices in the Country.

The role will be handling a case load of court of protection financial matters across deputyship and court applications, managing client accounts, liaising with investment managers and dealing with care/gift applications. The role has arisen due to expansion and the work is of high quality.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor, ideally 3 years plus PQE, and be highly experienced on court of protection matters. Applications from solicitors with solid mental health experience would also be considered. Salary is up to £48k depending on experience.
