Residential Conveyancing opportunities. A specialist and successful conveyancing practice, is looking for experienced Residential Conveyancers to join its busy team based in their Northampton office.
The role will involve working within a busy volume residential conveyancing department. You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion, in areas incorporating but not limited to: freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases; remortgages; transfers of equity and; right to buy to include more complex matters.
You will currently be an experienced conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) with at least 12 months experience in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.
