Interim Funds Lawyer

A leading asset manager based in London is looking to hire a fund lawyer with UCITS experience to join their in house legal team on an interim basis.

The client is looking for you to:

•          Provide legal support for all aspects of the UCITS Product range, including UK ICVCs and Irish ETFs.
•          Have knowledge of UCITS Regulations and FCA Handbook
•          Have knowledge of Irish ETF rules
•          Support product development with product launches and maintenance of existing product range
•          Advise on regulatory developments affecting client and funds/products managed by the client.
•          Have a good working knowledge of UCITS Regulations, MiFID, AIFMD, PRIIPs

Ideal Skill Set:

•          Ideally 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, however if you can demonstrate the necessary skill you will be considered for the role.
•          Experience of working with a top-tier City law firm or major asset management company
•          Experience of working with UK and Irish regulatory bodies
•          Experience in advising product development function for UCITS management businesses.
