My client is a well-regarded and growing law firm in South Manchester who have a small but successful Family Department. Due to an increase of instructions they are now looking to add an additional Family Solicitor to the team.

This general law practice are well known and have an excellent reputation locally. They carry out Personal Injury work, Conveyancing, Family, Immigration and Private Client launching a number of new and successful departments over recent years.

The successful candidate will work alongside another Family Solicitor to co-run the Department and carry a full caseload of Privately funded Family matters to include divorce, co-habitation, children law matters, prenuptial agreements and co-habitation arrangements .

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar capacity. You should have recent and extensive experience of managing a busy caseload of Private Law Family matters and be confident to work autonomously. Business Development experience, or the ability to bring work would be a distinct advantage however, my client are busy with instructions at the moment and so this is planning for the future. Experience of the Proclaim case management system would also be desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and friendly firm at an exciting time. Apply now for immediate consideration.
