Have a Training Contract? 6 Month FTC: US Law Firm Require a Paralegal, to £28,000 pro rata

One of the most successful US Law firms is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their busy London office.  This firm is ideally looking to hire a candidate who already has a Training Contract lined up and candidates must have covered some work experience, even this only means work placements and summer vacation schemes.  Duties will include assisting with money laundering, performing company searches, performing internet/press/library searches, reviewing verification/offering documents, assisting with due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, e.g. statutory books and Companies House forms, creating know-how databases, proofreading and creating mark-ups to amend various legal documents and any other duties as required.  Offices are based in the City and candidates must have a flexible attitude to overtime.  There is a salary of up to £28,000 pro rata on offer for the successful candidate.
