Corporate Solicitor - Lawyer
Location - Liverpool
Salary Negotiable based on experience
My Client:
They are a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm, the firm delivers advice and strategic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum, from non-contentious advisory and transactional work.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an established and highly regarded specialist team and will engage in detailed work a strong client base. Key duties, to include, but not limited to
- Supporting on mergers or acquisitions or disposal transactions for corporate clients
- Supporting/leading acquisition and disposal of business and assets and/or shares
- Supporting/leading due diligence exercises, data room reviews or management and disclosure processes
- Preparation and finalisation of disclosure letters and supporting bundles
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Qualified Lawyer, will have previous experience of corporate transactional work and will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Experience of PE work and/or mergers & acquisitions would be desirable
