Property Paralegal (Bushey)

Our client, an extremely well-established law firm in Northwest London, seek a Paralegal to join their property team based in Bushey.

Focusing on sub-prime mortgage lending work around Bushey and the surrounding Hertfordshire area, you will ideally have a litigation or conveyancing background and be looking to apply this at a progressive law firm with 3 offices around Northwest London and Hertfordshire.

You will be a team-player that is motivated to learn about secondary mortgage lending and aspects of consumer credit loans. You will play an integral role in the litigation process with high levels of client contact. This will include liaising with counsel about possession hearings, issuing country court proceedings and preparing claim forms and statements of case. You should have strong communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and good initiative as well as strong academics. It is beneficial if you have already completed the LPC.
