A well-established practice in the Birmingham area is looking to recruit an experienced Civil Litigator to join them on a locum basis whilst they recruit permanently.
Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a proven track record in managing a very broad litigation caseload, including some exposure to commercial matters. It is also essential that you are able to manage your own caseload unsupervised. The role is expect to run for 2-3 months but it does have the potential to be expected further.
