Senior Property Solicitor – This long established, highly regarded Kent firm with a strong international presence are now looking for a senior property solicitor to join their team. For the past century they have acted for individuals, organisations and companies throughout Kent, the UK, Europe, Far East and the Americas.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of experienced property solicitors, C. 8 years+ PQE who have a sound grounding and proven track in freehold commercial acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases, acting for landlord and tenant as well as being able to handle residential property transaction to an exceptionally high standard. Any experience with commercial/corporate transactional work would be an advantage.
This is an important hire for the firm as partnership prospects are there to be had.
