West Cheshire
Salary up to £33,000
My clients is a well known and established law firm based in the Cheshire area, they are seeking to expand their Personal injury team.
The role:
To proactively manage a caseload of around 200-240 RTA files of differing values, the majority of the files will be Fast Track in nature but may have the occasional Multi Track file also. Also the role is to include but not limited to:
- Management of claims and progressing accordingly
- Provide the highest standard of care
- Proactive management of the 'paperless' office
- Represent the firm in a professional manner
The candidate:
You will be either a qualified solicitor or an experienced legal executive with a proven track record of managing your own caseload of personal injury claims either in a private practice or for an insurer. It is essential that you will have excellent levels of communication skills both written (particularly email)
