This global US bank is looking for a Transaction Manager. In this role you will support the Corporate Trust business and be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating highly complex specialised transactions, advising on deals from inception/structuring to closing.
You will have trained and qualified at a Top City Firm and have ideally gained in-house experience within Corporate Trust. Experience in DCM (e.g. Euro & US MTN & ECP Programmes), Securitisation (ABSs, Conduits, CDOs, repacks) required and in custody products ideal but not essential.
