Have you got experience in producing end to end written flowcharts using Visio?
Can you incorporate processes into case management workflows?
Do you want to work on a temporary 3-month contract?
Do you want to work in Altrincham?
If the answers to the above is yes, then we will be keen to hear from you.
The role will include:
Analysing data from CMS (Proclaim) in printed and on screen format
Liaising with subject matter experts to determine the current processes
Plotting current processes on Visio
Liaising with IT in order for them to build the workflow into the case management system
Considering and plotting possible improvements to the current processes
