Private Client Fee Earner

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join a top 200 firm based in Dorchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a qualified, part qualified or non-qualified skilled fee earner, or a Paralegal who is highly competent and who has been working towards becoming a fee earner.  

The Role:
The role entails the full spectrum of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, IHT, COP, LPA and also some Agricultural work. You will be trained and supported with your work to help build your knowledge and experience. There is scope for progression and there are clear career paths defined. For part- or non-qualified individuals, the Firm will consider support towards qualification.   

The Candidate:
This role would suit either a part qualified or non-qualified individual with good working knowledge of a broad range of Private Client work. The successful candidate will have either managed their own caseload as a stand-alone fee earner or will have some experience of fee earning in a Paralegal capacity whilst supporting a fee earner in managing their case load.  The successful candidate will need to be at a level whereby they are able to work largely independently without constant close supervision and with a fee target.
