Solicitor (Head of branch)

A reputable, well-established and highly specialised North East law firm is seeking a Solicitor (Head of branch) to replace a retiring partner, in order to head up the branch, progress the office and actively promote the firm’s services.

This law firm is an amalgamation of many firms and boasts a wealth of expertise to include commercial, property and private client.  The firm has a strong local presence with a real emphasis on providing a quality client service offering. The firm generates over 90% of its business via existing client relationships and recommendations.

Your main focus will be split between fee earning and business development, driving the office forward with the support of the firm.

You will be responsible for bringing new clients and subsequent work to the firm. You will therefore need to be extremely driven and ambitious, seeing this a rare opportunity to create your own presence in the market.

You will have experience within non-contentious matters ideally from a conveyancing, commercial property or private client background.
