Legal Counsel

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to work for an innovative and thriving technology business as part of their growing legal team. Applicants will have a passion for technology, games, and be keen to work in a creative environment.

This multi-award winning business has a strong presence in the technology and entertainment sector and as such has experienced a period of significant growth and change. The successful Commercial Solicitor (ideally 5 - 6 years PQE) will work in a small yet busy legal team; advising on a range of commercial matters and providing comprehensive support to the rest of the business. A normal day will involve; drafting and negotiating on a range of commercial contracts (online T&C's, digital media agreements, and confidentiality agreements), managing and advising on an IP portfolio, and providing more general advice on other matters such as employment and property.

Applications are invited from Commercial Solicitors (ideally 5 - 6 years PQE) who have some experience working in a broad commercial role in a similar business, or have perhaps enjoyed a secondment In-house whilst working in private practice. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of IP in addition to a comprehensive understanding of commercial contracts and data protection.
