The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Agricultural and Commercial Property Solicitor for a partner-led team based in Chelmsford. Managing a high quality caseload of commercial and agricultural matters for an enviable portfolio of clients, the successful Solicitor will advise on large and complex transactions ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Agricultural experience would therefore be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite for the position and ongoing support will be provided. Solicitors should however be keen to develop a presence within this sector through business development and the building and maintaining of client relationships. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid commercial property experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
Previous agricultural experience is desirable but not essential;
You will be IT Literate;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have a desire for professional development.
