West Midlands practice seeks Property Litigation Lawyer.
THE FIRM
A full-service firm with a number of accreditations, our client is a traditional practice with its eye firmly on advances in law and technology. Established more than a century ago and maintaining their position in a central location, they now have more than 10 partners and a growing team of experienced lawyers and support staff serving clients throughout the region. They are now looking to add a Property Litigation Lawyer to their team West Midland team.
THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and client-focused Property Litigation Lawyer. The role will be suitable for Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s well-regarded team in the Walsall. The successful Property Litigation Lawyer will advise and act for a varied client base upon matters incorporating all aspects of private property matters including landlord and tenant matters and boundary disputes. There will also be some general civil litigation matters such as contract disputes and debt recovery. A hands-on role suited to a confident and personable professional with an interest in learning and developing into the area of contested probate work. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified solicitor 1 – 2 years PQE, or qualified Legal executive;
Have a solid grounding in general civil litigation work, with additional experience in property or housing disputes;
Have a proactive, determined and robust approach with excellent advocacy experience.
