THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy commercial department. The department deals with a wide range of instructions which include property transactions and the provision of bespoke business solutions, and is supported by a litigation team taking on contentious matters. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be an ambitious, forward-thinking legal executive, or an LPC graduate with a minimum of a year’s commercial litigation experience;
Have demonstrable litigation experience with robust advocacy skills;
Have a good background in commercial litigation;
Be efficient, with very good time-management and an understanding of billing and costs matters.
