Offering a general civil practice with several branches across the Staffordshire and Cheshire areas, the firm is now looking to recruit a solicitor to join the private client team in their Stoke-on-Trent office.
THE ROLE
You will be an experienced solicitor with first-class technical skills, well-organised and with an interest in marketing, business development and networking. You will be dealing with the administration of complex estates as well as dealing with inheritance tax planning. The firm has a busy agricultural team, and you will be liaising with them with regard to land and succession planning and other inheritance issues. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 3 years’ PQE; well-presented, ambitious and with excellent client-care skills;
Ideally, be STEP accredited, although this is not essential;
Be an experienced user of case management systems;
Have good IT skills.
