Corporate Restructuring Associate, 1-2PQE

A Mid Tier Commercial Firm in Manchester City Centre require a Junior Corporate Restructuring Solicitor to join the Team. Legal 500 recognised for their work in the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery space, this is a great time to join the Practice and help to build on the foundations that have been built up over the last few years.

This is a perfect opportunity for a Junior Solicitor who has gained experience in the Insolvency or Corporate Recovery space, who is seeking a role which focuses predominantly on non contentious transactional work in the Corporate Restructuring area. The team covers both Contentious and Non contentious work for Personal and Corporate Insolvency, but you will be afforded the opportunity to build your expertise in the Corporate space under the tutelage of excellent Partners in the region.

Applications are invited from Junior Solicitors upto 2PQE currently in either a Insolvency Practice already, or those who are in Corporate and are seeking to retain the Corporate elements of their workload, but perhaps diversify into gaining expertise in assisting distressed businesses, Bankruptcy, IVA's and administrations/liquidations. For Corporate solicitors who have been frustrated with their career development who don't see opportunity for future development due to market constraints, Corporate Restructuring is a smart place to be.
