Property Solicitor

Our client, a well-respected firm based in London is proud to serve the local community by providing a high quality legal service to their client base. Due to a holiday cover requirement they are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their busy firm on a full time locum basis. This role would suit a Property Solicitor who has dealt with both Residential and Commercial property matters and can hit the ground running in this short term locum position.

This opportunity will allow the Property Solicitor to showcase their skills and talents by running full caseload of matters which will include: sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, transfer of equity matters and lease extensions. Applications for this Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE who has gained significant experience dealing with a wide variety of property matters. Ideally the Property Solicitor will be technically sound and will be competent and confident in their work.
