Tax Solicitor

Our client, an elite US firm with a well established English practice, want to hire a talented mid-level Tax Associate in to their London office.

You will join a well regarded Tax offering and will have much responsibility advising on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity and finance transactions as well as stand alone advisory work and on litigious matters. As a result the firm would like to meet Tax lawyers with broad experience of taxation of corporate and finance transactions as well as tax advisory work.

You will benefit from joining a firm known for developing their associates in to market leading lawyers through the provision of adequate support and training as well through their positive culture. You will receive a salary commensurate with the New York banding.

You will have:

• experience gained within a leading international firm ideally another US firm, the Magic Circle or a Silver Circle firm
• between 2 and 6 years PQE
• an exemplary academic record
