Company Commercial Solicitor

The firm are a reputed, traditional and close knit Bristol firm. You will be joining the firm at an exiting time of growth which will give you the chance to make a name for yourself in the commercial sector in the Bristol area and develop your company commercial skills.

You will be joining the commercial team based in the central Bristol office handling an already existing client base of businesses in the Bristol and South West market, as well as further developing this client base. You will be handling a range of matters including buying and selling businesses, shareholder agreements and IT/IP matters.

You will ideally be NQ+ and have sat a seat in commercial contracts or company commercial matters.
