Residential Conveyancer

A Licensed, experienced Residential Conveyancer is wanted for an outstanding opportunity with a dynamic, highly-regarded Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of Hove, East Sussex.

My client is a well-established law firm with a solid reputation in the market. Due to continued growth as a firm/ department, they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer who can build on their existing skill base by running a case-load of matters which will include: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters.

Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives or equivalent with strong, relevant experience gained from a leading law/ conveyancing firm. You will be joining a supportive and dedicated team so it is important that the successful candidate is a self-sufficient team player. Ideally you'll have 2Yrs. PQE however, applications are still ecouraged from candidates with varied, relevant experience.
