Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Oman

Given how quickly Oman has been developing over recent years, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented Corporate transactional lawyer to become an integral part of Oman’s transformation into a bustling business centre. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

- A strong academic background preferably gained from either the UK / US / Australia

- Fluency in English (Arabic is not a prerequisite for this role)

- A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience 

- Previous law firm experience

Your experience should include expertise in researching and conducting due diligence, preparing and drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, restructuring and a high level of confidence in large scale mergers & acquisitions.
