Our client is a well-established law firm working from state of the art, modern offices based in Solihull and are now seeking a new business legal assistant / sales negotiator to join their conveyancing department. The firm will provide you with a friendly, supportive and successful working environment enabling you to progress your career.
In this new business conveyancing assistant role, your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Developing new business for the conveyancing team
- Qualifying clients on their properties in order to provide relevant information
- Providing quotations and file preparation in freehold, leasehold, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions
- Exchanging and completion of contracts
- Key administrative duties
