Interim Commercial Solictor

Badenoch & Clark are currently sourcing two interim commercial solicitors, one in South Yorkshire and the other in West Yorkshire. Both of the firms are legal 500 and looking for a solicitor to cover for 2-3 months.

The two roles are very similar, although with different start dates. S. Yorkshire(to begin end-April) and W. Yorkshire to begin in the next few weeks. Both roles may consider part-time work or full-time.

Experience must include:
o The asset or share sale and purchase of SMEs
o Ensuring efficient management of contracts and early identification of areas of potential conflict
o Reviewing, updating/redrafting, Commercial Terms and Conditions for SME's, particularly in
o Proposing new shareholdings to provide for succession planning
o In-depth knowledge of IT and IP
o The restructuring of charities to become companies limited by guarantee with revised charitable objects
o IT contracts for a new national network, terms and conditions of sale for a website based business and for data recovery.
