Property Finance Solicitor 3 - 5 years' PQE
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your real estate finance skill-set to a specialist property and construction team whose client base includes major banks and other leading property lenders.
If you have demonstrable experience of bridging finance, sale and leaseback structures, debt restructurings and refinancings, and the creation and implementation of property funds then you are likely to be of considerable interest.
