Property Paralegal - Leeds. Our client who are a Legal 500 listed firm based in Leeds city centre require a Paralegal to join their expanding Property Team.
Duties will include working on a wide range of property matters, predominantly focused on sales of Housing Association clients (shared ownership, re-sale price covenant, outright sales, land disposals).
Additional tasks will include supporting the Partners in the team in relation to acquisition from developers (completion statements, liaising about completion dates, priority searches) and supporting the team on security work (reviewing searches, reviewing titles, assisting in preparing disclosures for certificates of title).

Ideally suited for an individual with Residential Conveyancing experience either fee earning or assisting or Commercial Property experience.
Salary range £18,000 - £22,000.
