Pure Search have been instructed on a 12 month fixed-term role with a household name retail brand within their Real Estate team. It is a great opportunity for a qualified real estate solicitor to make the move in-house.
They are looking for qualified solicitor with a proven record and experience of real estate and a broad awareness of property litigation, construction, planning and environmental law. They must also have strong expertise in analysing commercial arrangements and be able to carry out their own transactional caseload. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships across business and through liaising with stakeholders and third parties.
