In House - Litigation/Debt Recovery

OUR CLIENT

An exciting new opportunity for a litigation/debt recovery Solicitor c 3 + PQE to join a division of a well established and

fast growing financial services business.

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to handle a litigation workload as a key member of the team.

The work will include providing legal advice and drafting documentation on the following :-

Debt recovery and consumer credit matters

Managing complex defended consumer credit cases

There will be an opportunity to lead and supervise team members on debt recovery litigation

Training of team members on contentious and regulatory developments

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, candidates must have relevant debt collection experience,

excellent communication skills, capable of working to tight timescales

Risk management and compliance

Management of ad hoc projects

Exceleltn communication swould be preferred
