Restructuring Associate

We are working with a top tier US restructuring team, who are looking for an associate to join them. 

They advise on high profile, cross-border transactions, across a number of sub sectors backed by their very strong corporate team.    They work with private companies, banks, bond trustees, and a variety of other lenders.   

It is important that you have experience with distressed M&A transactions, and ideally equity swaps.    You will have worked at another top tier firm, and have a strong academic track record, and an impressive deal history able to show experience in high value complex matters.     It is likely that you will have at least 2 years PQE, and the more senior the candidate the more you should be able to demonstrate partnership potential as it is important for them to promote from within.
