A Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity Senior Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a global law firm. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

This vacancy has arisen due to an internal move. It is imperative that you have experience already of working in Hong Kong and I am afraid I will only be reviewing the CVs of those candidates who can evidence to me considerable experience of Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity work; this needs to be the full emphasis of your case load. We are hopeful to see applications from 4-6 years PQE Associates; if you lie outside of these parameters, send me your CV and a discussion can be had with the hiring Partner. My client has not stipulated where the successful candidate qualified as an Associate; you can be Hong Kong, UK or US Admitted. Finally, like with many roles in Hong Kong, Chinese language skills are preferred but by no means are they an absolute necessity for this role.
