We are currently working with an exceptional top tier firm that seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on a 12 month fixed term contract. Joining one of the largest real estate practices in London, the successful candidate will work closely with a range of institutional investors, private and publicly quoted property companies, developers, funders and high net worth individuals to provide support to a busy team. There will be plenty of opportunities for client and partner contact as well as exposure to legal drafting, preparing schedules and managing documents, post-completion tasks such as Land Registry and SDLT applications and helping to build client relationships.
You will ideally already have some experience in a similar commercial real estate position. The client will also consider candidates with training contracts secured for March 2018 and beyond and be looking to diversify your experience as much as possible prior to the start of it. You will be ambitious and keen to make an impression on both partners and clients, coupled with an outstanding academic background, a genuine interest in real estate and a flexible approach towards your work.
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain excellent experience. Candidates previously placed in this firm have commented extremely positively on the quality of their work and their experience at the firm.
This is a 12 month contract and will be full time. You will have excellent academics including at least ABB at A level and a strong 2:1 in your first degree.
The salary for this position is £26-28k, subject to experience.
