Housing Legal Assistant

Housing Legal Officer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Legal Officer to join a recently-established Housing team.

This position will involve assisting the housing solicitors with a wide range of matters, which will include;

• Anti-social behaviour orders
• Rent arrears
• Ground for possession
• Injunctions

The ideal candidate will have previous housing experience, and any experience of working within a local authority would be beneficial. It is really important for our client that the successful Legal Officer has a can-do attitude, and is able to demonstrate great teamwork and prioritisation qualities.

The office is easy to reach, located within walking distance from the nearest train station.
