Are you an aspiring senior corporate solicitor looking to take the next step to Partner?
You will be an ambitious senior corporate solicitor with at least ten years’ experience including at a top regional or legal 200 level firm. You will have extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters including mergers, acquisitions, MBO/MBI and Shareholders Agreements. The firm is a top legal 200 firm with offices nationwide and they are looking to expand their Cambridgeshire based operation into the corporate market.
