Highly rated firm based in Milton Keynes has a new opening to suit an ambitious corporate NQ Solicitor.

Our client has a market leading reputation for corporate law and handles very high quality transactional work for major clients.

Due to increasing demand from clients, the partners are keen to appoint a talented corporate NQ with at least one corporate seat under your belt. Working on behalf of a range of clients including SMEs, owner managed businesses, PLCs and other listed businesses with domestic and international interests, you'll handle a quality mix of corporate M&A, business reorganisations, joint ventures, partnerships and private equity work.
