Working in a team lead by the Director of Clinical Negligence, you will play a vital role in an expanding Clinical Negligence department.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills, be self motivated and able to conduct your cases independently. You will have the support of paralegals, trainee solicitors and an efficient administration team.

You will be experienced in successfully running Clinical Negligence cases through to issue of proceedings and towards trial. The key focus of the role will be to take responsibility for a busy caseload of varied claimant clinical negligence claims, progressing these both sensitively and efficiently.

Fully Qualified Solicitor

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle high value and complex cases, and be proficient in drafting key documents including Schedules of Loss. It is essential that you have a sound knowledge of clinical negligence and a proven track record of decision making on files and dealing with litigated matters. You will be keen to work within a paperless office and have the benefit of an excellent case management system, training in legal and medical issues on a monthly basis and the opportunity to develop your management skills.
