Our client a Top 200 firm, is looking for a newly qualified solicitor to join the Corporate and Commercial practice in their London office.
The ideal candidate will have assisted on a variety of corporate matters including M&A, some investments, joint venture agreements, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general company constitutional and shareholder issues.
The position is suited to someone with at least NQ - two years post qualification experience, happy to look at candidates who have trained and qualified in Legal 500 and regional firms as well as welcoming applications from candidates in smaller City firms. Applicants must have excellent technical ability as well as strong networking skills and be personable!
