One of London's most respected and prestigious firms seeks a mid level lawyer with at least 2-5 years post qualification experience in Commercial matters and preferably experience in IP, IT and Outsourcing matters, to join their impressive and busy Commercial Group. This firm is a great alternative to the magic circle. You will be offered a broad variety of high end and cross border deals acting for prestigious clients enabling you to become a well rounded commercial lawyer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects single-handedly as the focal lawyer. The group covers matters including commercial contract, technology, outsourcing, privacy, brands and intellectual property. You will work on sophisticated matters that will challenge and provide a broad base upon which to build and develop your career whilst be a part of this cohesive and supportive group. Client secondments and participation in client and business development activities make this a rewarding role.
